You were a bundle of dark grey and white, spiced with patience.
You taught us the how, why and consequences of loving a cat.
You showed us the truest of affections, love and loyalty.

You nudged our hearts with everything you did, purring in your out-of-tune way.
You gave us so many wonderful years together, filled with love and sharing.
You left us with beautiful memories, never to fade away.

You loved us as much as one can love another, asking for very little in return.
You deserved only the best in everything that we could possibly give you.
You left your paw marks in our hearts, wandering all over.

We loved you as much as you loved us.
