Roseate Lies

I'm too tired to fear for life,
dreams are cascading
flowing deep behind my mind.

I'm hiding in the phantasm
of this neverending masquerade.

Can you see the looking glass,
the reflection of disguise?
It's been so long I gazed the sky
with my wide open eyes.
Now all I have are faceless masks
for my play of Roseate Lies.

Beyond the fragments of my mind
cobwebs keep intertwining,
feeding the fatal falsity of time.

I'm dwelling in the illusion
of this ballroom's endless maze.
