Reason

About an year ago I lost something so precious
that nothing can heal the wounds it left in me.

Since then its been really dark.
Everything is covered in deep grey mist.

Until one day you found a way to my world
which was locked away from strangers,
so firmly hidden that no one could find it.

But still you just came
and lift me away from the darkness
and back into the light.

Where we now stand together
stronger than ever before.

You gave me hope
but mostly
you gave me reason to stay in the light.
